OptiFlex® Pro B
For quick and easy color changes, OptiFlex® Pro B manual gearbox is the perfect choice.
It’s designed to use the original manufacturer’s dust carton box. An inclined vibration table allows complete emptying of box dust through the fluidized suction tube. As an option, the OptiFlex®Pro B housing is available in a two-gun version to spray both sides in a connected cab.
Two Gun Unit
When two operators are required, the OptiFlex®Pro B can be configured as a two-gun unit. Each operator has a powder spray gun, a control unit and a pump that uses dust from the same container and cart. The second unit may be mounted on the cart or remotely in a cabine mounted bracket.
OptiFlex® Pro F
OptiFlex® Pro F features a bucket to hold large amounts of powder for continued use. It is ideal for medium to large runs, it gently fluidises the powder right into the bucket. The OptiFlex® Pro F fluidizer is also available with the dual gun option.

OptiFlex® Pro S
For difficult to spray powders such as metallized powders, the OptiFlex® Pro S agitator unit is the best choice. It features an agitator for materials difficult to fluidize or dry blended and is easy to empty through a dump valve located under the agitator container. The dust can be emptied directly into the original dust box. Like the OptiFlex® Pro S housing and Fluidization unit, the OptiFlex®Pro S agitator is available in two-gun option.
OptiFlex® Pro W
OptiFlex® Pro W is the most flexible solution for attaching to an existing wall or powder coating cabin. Perfect for permanent installations where a stroller is not required. The mounting bracket can be adapted to almost any cabin style. Non-Gema dust bucket adapter kits are available.
OptiFlex® Pro L
The perfect solution for laboratory powder painting applications is the OptiFlex® Pro L Laboratory Unit. Designed for small series, the Lab Unit contains a 1360g fluidization bucket and is easily cleaned between colour changes. OptiFlex® Pro L mounts to a heavy-duty table stand.
OptiFlex®2C
Designed for small test samples or dust manufacturers, the Bowl Unit incorporates the application bowl into the gun. The bowl self-fluidizes and is easy to clean, making colour changes quick and easy.
OptiFlex® 2 K
The Optiflex 2 K hand-held equipment is designed for normal dust application following all safety precautions at work.
