MagicCylinder
Gemma's well-known MagicCylinder Fast Color Change System has been revamped and is complemented by the new MagicCylinder II which offers a new cabin floor design. It has improved airflow conditions even for large volumes of air exhaust, while maintaining the traditionally fast color-changing capability.
The new MagicCylinder II series has a smooth floor with 2 exhaust channels enclosed by movable flaps.

During operation the flaps remain closed. The 4 exhausts next to the flaps create a very smooth, homogeneous and symmetrical draft. Built-in cabin floor blowing devices keep the surface as well as the flaps constantly clean during operation.
The very low base frame provides a distance between the bottom edge of the piece and the floor of only 700mm! Therefore, the cabins new design is very versatile and easily integrated into a new or existing machine.
